Jonathan Zanovitch (Founder): When I graduated high school, I realized a lot of my classmates stayed in their parent's homes since there was no affordable place to go. The only places that were affordable were on the other side of town in a sketchy neighborhood. This led me to found Zano Properties LLC, whose main goal is to provide affordable housing in the safe and comfortable Yuma Foothills. We accomplish this by purchasing land and placing homes on it to lower the cost per unit. This has allowed us to bring the price of our 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom units to as low as $700/month! Now, at this price, most places will be pretty worn out and have seen better days, but at Zano Properties, we strive to ensure that even our most affordable homes have modern amenities, such as smart TVs in every home.
